TooManyTabs 0.4.0 made public

Our team is glad that TooManyTabs 0.4.0 was made public last week. I think all users should have already upgraded to version 0.4.0. This is our first automatic upgrade via the Firefox add-on manager, we hope everything is fine for our users.
